Calm & Nourish is the next step in my journey—moving from personal healing to helping other women restore balance, energy, and confidence.
After years of learning, healing, and rebuilding my own health, I began to see how deeply connected everything is — our body, mind, emotions, and environment. It became clear that true wellbeing isn’t just about eating the “right” foods; it’s about understanding ourselves, slowing down, and giving our bodies the care and space they need to restore balance.
This realisation became the foundation for Calm & Nourish — my signature approach and the heart of my work today.
Why I Created Calm & Nourish
Every woman’s story is different, which is why I combine nutrition and wellbeing coaching to look at the whole person. Together, we explore not just what’s on your plate, but what’s on your mind and in your daily life.
We uncover the underlying causes of symptoms such as:
- Chronic bloating, fatigue, and histamine-related reactions
- Hormonal imbalance and irregular digestion
- Burnout and anxiety from ongoing stress
- Food sensitivities and low energy cycles
When we understand our bodies, we gain the power to support them

The Calm & Nourish Philosophy
The name Calm & Nourish came from what I most needed during my own recovery: calm for my mind, and nourishment for my body. Both are essential for healing.
My approach is rooted in three key principles:
- Understanding: Explore your symptoms and patterns so you can understand what your body truly needs.
- Nourishment: Food is medicine — focus on abundance, real, vibrant, healing foods.
- Balance: Build a lifestyle that supports calm — reduce stress, support your nervous system, reconnect with yourself.
These principles form the foundation of my 1:1 Calm & Nourish programmes, meeting you where you are — whether you’re just starting to make changes or ready for deep transformation.
Supporting Women to Thrive
I feel so grateful to help women who remind me of where I once was — busy, driven, caring deeply for others, but disconnected from their own needs. Watching them find clarity, energy, and confidence again is the most rewarding part of my work.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress, self-compassion, and creating space for healing.
