Expert support for sensitive sensitive women navigating histamine intolerance, chronic gut symptoms, and stress related symptoms
Feeling exhausted, bloated, or reactive despite doing everything “right”?
Many women with histamine intolerance or chronic gut issues experience fatigue, brain fog, digestive discomfort, and food sensitivities — and still feel frustrated, confused, or dismissed.
You’ve tried countless diets, supplements, and lifestyle changes — but the bloating, anxiety, fatigue, or brain fog still won’t go away.
Food feels stressful. Social events are overwhelming. And no matter how hard you try, nothing seems to work. You’re exhausted, confused, and starting to lose trust in your body.
You’re not overreacting — your body is. And with the right support, it can calm down.
Like many women I support, you’re doing everything “right” but still don’t feel better. It’s frustrating, lonely, and disheartening — but healing isn’t about doing more — it’s about understanding what your body is really asking for.
You deserve to feel at ease in your body and confident in your choices — without fear, restriction, or burnout.
It’s time to reclaim your energy, your joy, and your life.
As a Nutritional Therapist and Histamine Specialist, I help highly sensitive women with histamine intolerance, IBS, and fatigue uncover the root causes of their symptoms — supporting their gut, hormones, and nervous system so they can finally feel calm, energised, and free.
Through a personalised, holistic approach, I combine functional nutrition, nervous system and stress support, and trauma-informed coaching , to uncover root causes, reduce reactions, and help you reclaim energy, ease, and freedom.
My own experience inspired my Calm & Nourish approach — a holistic framework that combines nutrition, stress and trauma-informed coaching, and functional testing to help you uncover what’s really driving your symptoms.
Like many of the women I support, I know what it feels like to lose trust in your body. Even as a trained Nutritional Therapist living a healthy lifestyle, I developed histamine intolerance and experienced flare-ups of IBS, fatigue, digestive pain, and brain fog.
I felt frustrated, confused, and exhausted — unsure what would trigger a reaction next. Diet alone didn’t solve everything. Through functional testing, gut health assessments, and a personalised holistic approach, I finally identified the root causes and began to heal.
This journey taught me that stress, sensitivity, trauma, gut imbalances, and histamine reactivity are deeply connected — and that real healing happens when we address both the body and the mind
I support women who:
Are highly sensitive to foods and their environment
Experience histamine reactions, fatigue, digestive issues, or brain fog
Feel overwhelmed, reactive, or dismissed by healthcare providers
Want to feel safe, confident, and empowered in their bodies
If this sounds like you, you deserve to ease your symptoms, rebuild trust in your body, and regain energy and joy — without fear, extreme restriction, or burnout.
I take a holistic, root-cause approach to healing:
Uncover the triggers behind histamine intolerance and chronic gut symptoms
Support your gut, nervous system, and energy through functional nutrition and lifestyle strategies
Address the mind-body connection, stress, and trauma that impact your health
Guide you to build a sustainable, joyful relationship with food and your body

If you react after eating , rather than remove every food, start removing low histamine foods and track your symptoms. This way you can notice what your triggers are.
This will also help indicate whether you react to high histamine foods and whether going on a low histamine diet is necessary

Eating healthy… but feeling worse?
Bloating, fatigue, anxiety after meals isn’t random —
it can be your histamine load building up.
It’s not about cutting everything out.
It’s about lowering the load + understanding your body.
That’s where most people get stuck.
If you want simple low-histamine recipes, to start feeling relief

Save this for the days your body feels “off” — this is your reminder it’s not in your head.
Eating “healthy” but still dealing with bloating, anxiety, itching or fatigue?
This is where so many women feel confused.
You’re doing all the right things…
✔️ Eating clean
✔️ Avoiding obvious triggers
✔️ Trying to be “healthy”
But your body still feels reactive.
This is often where histamine comes in — and more importantly, *why* it’s building up in the first place.
Because it’s not just about food.
It’s about:
– Your gut and how well you’re breaking things down
– Your nervous system and how much stress you’re holding
– Your body’s overall “load”
A low histamine diet can help *reduce the load* (and give relief)…
But it’s not the full picture — and it’s not meant to be forever.
That’s exactly why I created my Calm & Nourish Low Histamine Recipe Book 💛
→ simple, supportive meals to help you feel better *without overwhelm*
Comment **RECIPE** and I’ll send it to you ✨
Save this for when your symptoms flare — it will make more sense than you think.

Self care should be a priority not a luxury
I have been feeling a bit stressed recently with lots on my mind and not sleeping too well. So I thought a day of pampering and relaxation and quiet reflection was what I needed to help me rebalance my body when mind
I had a really relaxing Thai massage followed by some relaxing lemongrass tea.
However the message here is; Don`t wait till you`re stressed or fatigued to stop and reset!
it`s important to have some tools to manage your stress on a daily basis so it doesn`t build up and affect your mental and physical wellbeing.
,Here are some ways to do that, that I incorporate myself:
1. walking in nature or another form of exercise like yoga
2. listening to my nu calm app/ binaural beats daily in the afternoon for 20 minutes to help put the body into parasympathetic dominance aka rest and digest state. Great for catching up on sleep!
3. Daily mindfulness ; noticing my breath throughout the day, and slowing down if required.
4. Taking a few deep breaths before meals or when stressed or overwhelmed to support digestion and calm the body. Exhale longer than Inhale for more relaxation.
5.having a bedtime and morning routine that includes meditation and breathwork or affirmations.
Which one will you implement this week or that you already do?
if you do something else I`d love to know that too!

Low histamine Coconut Chicken Curry
No tomatoes, No chili, Plenty of Flavour!!
This is my go to recipe for when I`m craving Indian food.
Coming from an Indian background it`s been difficult for me to not be able to enjoy the Indian food I used to . Especially on family gatherings and special occasions. Chili and tomatoes are high histamine and contained in most Indian foods.
This is one curry I can enjoy that has all the flavours, from coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic and ginger.
Importantly, these herbs and spices are anti inflammatory and anti histamine. They support a healthy immune system , support the breakdown on histamine and taste delicious.
I can enjoy it and not worry about the consequences. it`s a win win.
I also enjoy red lentil daal curry , another recipe I have adapted and made at home. if you`d like the recipe for this please comment below RECIPE and I`ll share it.
Also, I have a low histamine recipe book where I share all my favourite delicious recipes, that remove the fear from cooking and provide the right nutrients for your body so you don`t have to worry about restriction.

The last few weeks brought unexpected challenges — ones that asked me to stop, breathe, and truly listen to what my body was trying to tell me.
I had moments of fear, exhaustion, and overwhelm… but also moments of deep clarity. Rest became my teacher. My nervous system became my guide. And slowing down became my medicine.
I’m moving into this year with a different intention:
more gentleness, more joy, more listening to what my body needs.
Less pressure. More presence.
Less fear. More grounding.
If you’ve been feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body, you’re not alone.
You deserve support, rest, and space to come home to yourself.
✨ If you’re ready to reconnect with your body and feel more grounded, I’d love to support you.

You were never meant to heal by shrinking your world. If cutting foods was the answer you’d feel better by now.
For many sensitive women histamine symptoms aren’t caused by one “bad” food — but by an overwhelmed system that needs safety, nourishment and consistency before tolerance can improve.
Food isn’t the enemy. Your body isn’t broken. It’s asking for support, not punishment.
This is the approach I use with women inside my 3-month Calm & Nourish program — building safety first, then tolerance.

Start your day stress-free, nourish your gut, and set the tone for calm energy. ✨
Mornings can make a huge difference when it comes to managing stress and supporting histamine intolerance. That’s why I’ve created a simple routine that helps me feel grounded, focused, and ready for the day—without triggering my gut.
Here’s a peek at my morning routine:
☀️ Gentle wake-up: Avoid rushing, take a few deep breaths before getting out of bed.
💧 Hydration first: A glass of water to support digestion and detox.
🧘♀️ Movement & mindfulness: Light stretching or a 5-minute meditation to calm the nervous system.
🥣 Nourishing breakfast: Foods that are gentle on my gut and balance histamine levels.
📓 Set intentions: A quick journaling moment to prioritize what matters and reduce overwhelm.
Starting my day like this helps me stay calmer, reduce histamine-related flare-ups, and feel more in control.
